•Official Closing Letters are $100.00 (please allow up to 7 business days for processing)

•Expedited Closing Letters are $200.00 (please allow 24-48 hours for processing)

•Refinance Closing Letters are $75.00 (please allow up to 7 business days for processing)

•Expedited Refinance Closing Letters are $200.00 (please allow 24-48 hours for processing)

•*Foreclosure Account Balance Statements are $100.00 (please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing)

 

Note: Homeowners can log into their on-line account at the community website for a printout of their ledger (unofficial) but can be used to prepare short sale HUD paperwork.

 

There is a $75 one-time transfer fee charged to the buyer made payable to The Grant Group, Inc. All Closing Letters include Governing Documents Package. Please complete the attached form.
